On Denver’s Citizen Oversight Board, I helped pass the ordinance that opens police misconduct settlements to public scrutiny.

I co-authored the River Sisters framework, adopted into Denver’s West Area Plan in 2023.

I led the seven-year coalition behind the Latino Cultural Arts Center: $8 million raised to build it, $3 million more for programs.

Addressing Denver’s growing pains.
The people who keep this city running should be able to afford to live in it. When Denver builds, it should build with Denver’s hands and Denver’s businesses, so the wealth we create stays on our blocks.

Every family deserves streets that are safe and a system that is fair. I helped write police accountability into law, and I’ll fight for the right responder on every call.

A common-sense advocate for our tax dollars.
Your money should work as hard as you do. I’ll guard every dollar in the open, protect the services you count on, and never vote on a contract I haven’t read.

We are all worthy of fresh air, cool blocks, and clean water.
The blocks with the least shade and the dirtiest air have waited long enough. Cool blocks, clean air, and climate dollars that deliver where they’re needed first.
At-Large: what this seat is for
Two seats answer to the whole city.
Denver’s two at-large council seats don’t belong to one district. They answer to the whole city. Starting in 2027, each at-large seat is elected on its own, and every Denver voter votes for both. That means thinking past the next vote to the long work of city building: how we grow, who we grow for, and what we leave behind.
My promise is simple: when Denver builds, it builds for Denver.
